1. Membership and Event Participation

All membership purchases can be canceled but not refunded—members have access to the first and last month before their access to sets is canceled.

Membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Event participation is subject to availability and may require advance registration.

Disruptive behavior at events or within the community will result in immediate suspension or termination of membership without a refund.

Motion Bounty Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its discretion.

2. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

Motion Bounty Inc. owns all rights to event footage, promotional materials, and any content created in association with its events and services.

Participants grant Motion Bounty Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use their likeness, images, videos, or testimonials for marketing and promotional purposes.

Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute Motion Bounty Inc.'s trademarks, branding, or copyrighted materials without express written permission.

3. Liability and Assumption of Risk

Motion Bounty Inc. is not responsible for any personal injuries, lost items, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in its events or use of its services.

Users assume full responsibility for any risks associated with participation in Motion Bounty Inc. activities.

Motion Bounty Inc. is not liable for technical issues, including website downtime, data loss, or cyberattacks.

4. General Terms and Code of Conduct

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when engaging with our services.

Any misuse of the website, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms may result in suspension or legal action.

Motion Bounty Inc. reserves the right to terminate memberships or restrict access to services for any reason at its discretion.
